Sample Completed Projects

Additional press capacity at a plant required adding capacity to the loose scrap process system. We modified existing Mayfran conveyor and support steel. PWC fabricated new platform steel and bunker steel. We tied the conveyor into new platform and erected bunker steel.
At a galvanizing plant, we utilized hydraulic gantry to remove existing zinc kettle and load out. After loading new kettle and transporting, we set it into zinc furnace.
At a Michigan plant, we removed the equipment from four machining cells. This equipment was transported to an Indiana plant and reinstalled. Both ends of the project were performed on an around the clock basis.
For a crude oil tank farm, we installed the tanks and related miscellaneous equipment. Catwalks and ladders were fabricated by PWC and were also installed.
We disassembled a cell of Lambda equipment, then crated, boxed, and skidded, as required, and then loaded out equipment for shipment.
We erected a control building at an Indiana wind farm.
We removed equipment to access a Banbury mixer body. Then removed the body and replaced with a new one. The associated equipment was reinstalled along with replacing gearbox output shaft seals.
We rebuilt the walls of a glass furnace. This work required reworking related steel and installing service platforms and walkways fabricated by PWC.
We supplied our 500-ton hydraulic gantry with a rigger/operator to assist in the installation of power generating equipment and made repairs and modifications to a batch house screw conveyor and feeders.
We completed a major equipment installation for a frozen food production plant.
We provided emergency repairs for a clarifier ring gear.
We removed an existing off-gas system and installed a new system. This system included the secondary cooler, drop box, recuperators, water cool ducts, and tube sheets along with structural steel. Project required a 500-ton hydraulic crane.
Due to unexpected roof damage at an industrial plant, we provided emergency response to shore the roof area and replace the steel, joist, and deck.
We removed Sicme wire oven line, transported it to another plant, and reinstalled.
We installed 24-bin dryer with dryer conveyors and dryer feed system at a corn seed processing facility.
We fabricated new casing sections for a truck dump elevator leg, disassembled the leg, as required, and replaced the casing sections.
We disassembled and removed various equipment from a Tennessee cement plant and transported it to an Ohio plant.
Worked around the clock on a critical one-week schedule to rearrange case line machines and associated equipment for a new production concept.
We unloaded, assembled, and erected a new baghouse collector stack at steel plant.
For a biodiesel plant, we erected the steel and installed the equipment for the extractor, biodiesel, and boiler buildings. PWC fabricated the steel for the extractor building.
We replaced a roof that collapsed over the production area. This required shoring the utility lines, removing the existing roof, and replacing it with new structural steel and deck.
We installed new precision sand equipment including core machine, generator, mixer, scrubber, cyclone, and robots.
For a plant modification project, we erected new interior mezzanine, process ceiling support steel, and process area framing.
We shored a platform and the conveyor between two buildings. At a later date, we supplied and installed new support steel onto a new foundation.
We disassembled a cell of Lambda equipment, then crated, boxed, and skidded, as required, and then loaded out equipment for shipment.
We installed various equipment for a beverage plant including boilers, compressors, and water treatment, and installed a water tank and egress catwalk fabricated by PWC.
We fabricated and erected a grain receiving building and installed all equipment including a 150′ tower leg.
We installed a cupola, shell, and support steel and installed hot blast, crossover, and off-gas ducts.
We unloaded and installed an 800T Komatsu press with coil-feed line equipment.
We removed wire oven, related equipment, and platform steel from an industrial facility, and then hauled all to a separate facility and reinstalled.
We removed existing shaker pans from two 120′ long casting cooling conveyors, fabricated new pans, and provided installation.
We reinforced existing joist girders and building columns, and then we erected a new office mezzanine.
We fabricated, delivered, and installed a new kiln dust stack. Work required old stack demolition and the plating of other sections.
We removed Hydra-Lok machining line and three assembly lines from one facility and transported to another facility.
We installed a new AJAX holding furnace and also fabricated and installed the egress platforms and monorail support steel.
