Engineering Expertise
As industrial technology became more complex, Fruchey responded by recruiting degreed engineers to support customers with design and field support.  This resource is an invaluable supplement to our craftsmen’s hands-on experience, offering a combination of technological expertise and practical applications. 

Our in-house AutoCad capability adds to our ability to greatly assist our customers in finding project solutions.

Tools and Rigging
Major pieces of equipment are essential, but productivity can be just as dependent on the right tools and rigging.  Our extensive inventory is maintained by a team that’s ready to respond quickly to the needs of our job site crews.  This team continually inspects tools and rigging for damages and performs necessary repairs. 
Equipment Maintenance
Skilled mechanics utilize our fully equipped maintenance facility to perform repair and preventative maintenance operations.  Our job site crews are supported by 24 hour a day response for a job site breakdown. 

Communications and Computerization 
Rapid response is vital at Fruchey.  Each job site foreman carries a cell phone and pager. Regular reviews and upgrades keep our communication and computer systems state-of-the-art.  

Safety Focus
 Safety has always been important at Fruchey.  In 1990, we made a major proactive safety commitment not only for government compliance, but more importantly to eliminate personal injuries from our job sites.  We want our people to protect themselves as well as our customer's employees and facilities.   

We have an excellent workman's compensation experience modification rate and are working hard to get it even lower by providing quality safety equipment and consistent training and education for our people.
